ST Consultores is a company regulated by the RICS in Spain, it therefore has a Complaints Handling Procedure in place to deal with potential complaints and a Complaints log.

Once a complaint is received through the designated channels, filling our complaints log, ST Consultores' complaint procedure has two stages.

STAGE 1. At this stage your complaints will be thoroughly considered by a complaints handler in our company who will try to resolve the complaint to your full satisfaction.

Regardless of whether you have verbally made a complaint, we ask you to fill the details of this complaint in our complaints log. We suggest this just so we can be sure we have a full, detailed account of the reasons for your complaint. Please submit this complaint in writing to:

We will study and consider your complaint as quickly as possible, and an acknowledgment of our receipt will be made within 7 days. If we are not able to provide a satisfactory answer in this period of time, we will update you on the status of your complaint within 28 days of filing the complaint.

Should you not be entirely satisfied with the solution provided by ST Consultores, your complaint will continue on to Stage 2.


If we have not been able to resolve your complaint, it will be referred to an independent mediation agency or body, approved by RICS
