Grupo Sociedad de Tasación is Spain's leading service provider for real estate valuations, consultancy and technology. The Group was founded in 1982 and is formed of ST Sociedad de Tasación, ST Consultores and ST Idea.

The companies forming Grupo Sociedad de Tasación offer a wide range of real estate services: regulated valuations for the mortgage market (ECO), RICS valuations, AVM, statistical model valuations, portfolio valuations, energy certifications, planning consultancy, project monitoring, property management, market research and IT developments applied to the real estate sector. The Group operates across the whole of Spain, with more than 290 employees and a network of 900 independent professionals (architects and engineers).

Our objective is to provide added value, security and transparency to the mortgage and real estate markets and to society in general via comprehensive, reliable and independent services and solutions.

Sociedad de Tasación is certified both by the Bank of Spain and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
