Paz López Paredes

She studied Architecture at the Technical University of Madrid, specialising in the Restoration and Refurbishment of Architectural Heritage properties. She is currently completing her training in the area of Project Direction and Management, with the MDI Master's in Management of Construction and Real Estate Companies, organised by PMI. From 2007 to 2011 she primarily spent her career developing and executing residential and industrial architectural projects, working for various architecture studios and construction companies. In 2011, she joined the team at ST Consultores as a Consultant Architect where she coordinated the updating of documentation for developments and parts of properties owned by financial entities. Her role also involved checking, analysing and filtering existing documentation for properties where owners needed to manage a particular issue quickly. Throughout this time she has also developed her professional experience in the field of real estate consultancy by carrying out various feasibility and project monitoring studies, preparing survey reports and market studies, as well as managing and coordinating teams on various real estate and financial market related projects. She currently holds the post of Assistant Director of Technical Property Management
