Emiliano Rodríguez Colinas

Emiliano Rodriguez Colinas is a Technical Architect and Building Engineer. He was awarded the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification from the PMI (Project Management Institute) in the USA in 2011, which certifies project managers around the world. He holds an MBA in Business Management and Administration from the Instituto Europeo de Estudios Empresariales (2011) and a Master's in Renewable Energy from the Universidad San Pablo CEU (2012).
Between 1997 and 2010 he worked in the construction sector, working for some of the biggest construction companies in the sector including Ferrovial-Agromán, Obrum and Grupo DHO. From 2010 to 2012, he occupied roles focused on the technical management of developments for financial institutions, and in 2012 he joined the team at ST Consultores, focusing his professional development towards real estate consultancy and, more specifically, property management.
